By using TheOpportunity.pk (“Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. What We Provide
TheOpportunity.pk provides verified opportunity listings and application guidance services. We are an information and services platform — not an employer, university, scholarship body, or government agency. We have no affiliation with any of the organizations whose opportunities we list unless explicitly stated.
3. Accuracy of Listings
We verify listings before publishing and link to official sources. However, deadlines, eligibility criteria, and funding details can change without notice. Always confirm details on the official source before applying. We are not responsible for applications made on the basis of outdated information.
4. Paid Services
Our paid services (SOP writing, scholarship application help, profile review) are clearly priced on our services page. Payment is via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer. We do not charge for visa or admission. We only charge for application assistance — and prices are listed upfront.
Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, we will refund in full.
5. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarship award, or any other outcome. Application decisions are made entirely by the respective organizations. Our services improve your application — they do not guarantee results.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use this Site to:
- Scrape or copy listings for commercial redistribution
- Submit false contact or service inquiries
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable law
7. Intellectual Property
All original content on this Site (guides, templates, descriptions, design) is owned by TheOpportunity.pk. Opportunity listings are compiled from public sources and linked to their original publishers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheOpportunity.pk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
